These terms apply to your use of this website and any purchase of Arca products from us.

1. About us. This store is operated by Pause and Build (trading as Arca) in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@tryarca.co.uk.

2. Orders. By placing an order you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline an order (for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs).

3. Pricing and payment. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.

4. Delivery. See our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and refunds. See our Return and Refund Policy, including the 60-day at-home trial and your statutory cancellation rights.

6. The product. Arca is a UKCA/CE Class IIa TENS device intended to help relieve chronic pain. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not use with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, during pregnancy without medical advice, on broken skin, or on the front or sides of the neck. Read the included instructions before first use, and speak to your GP if you are unsure whether TENS is suitable for you.

7. Liability. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence). Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your purchase is limited to the price paid for the product.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your order.
