Terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of tryarca.co.uk and purchases made from Arca, a UK sole-trader business based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. Contact: hello@tryarca.co.uk.

Products and information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Images and colours may vary slightly by screen, and results from TENS use vary between individuals. Product information is not medical advice. Read the supplied instructions and safety information before use and seek professional advice when appropriate.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. We may cancel or refuse an order where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected or information is clearly incorrect.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is taken through the methods offered at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order.

Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Information page. Delivery dates are estimates unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

Returns and refunds

Our 30-day return terms are set out on the Returns and Refunds page. The device may be returned after use in its original packaging. Opened or used pads are not refundable and £9 is deducted for each opened two-pad set. Customers normally pay return postage unless a fault is confirmed. These terms do not limit statutory cancellation or consumer rights.

Warranty

The Arca device has a 12-month warranty for confirmed faults arising under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper handling or unauthorised modification. This warranty is in addition to statutory rights.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use site content in a way that infringes our rights or those of others.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or breach of statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future use of the website and future orders. Contracts are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and consumers retain any mandatory rights that apply where they live.
