30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The Arca device may be returned after use, but it must be returned in its original packaging with all included items.

Electrode pads

For hygiene reasons, only unopened pads can be returned for a full refund. If pads have been opened or used, £9 will be deducted from the refund for each opened two-pad set. For example, one opened set means a £9 deduction and two opened sets means an £18 deduction.

How to return

Email hello@tryarca.co.uk with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions for our High Wycombe returns location. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is confirmed faulty.

Refunds

We will inspect the returned order and confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. We aim to issue the refund promptly and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they were sent back.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is confirmed, Arca will cover reasonable return postage and offer an appropriate repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
