Refund policy

At Arca we want you to be sure the kit works for you before you commit.

60-day at-home trial
Every order comes with a 60-day trial from the date you receive it. If Arca hasn't made a meaningful difference to your pain within 60 days, email us at hello@tryarca.co.uk with your order number and we'll arrange a full refund of the purchase price. Used pads can come back too — there's no need to keep packaging sealed.

How to return
Email hello@tryarca.co.uk and we'll send return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. There is no restocking fee.

Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it.

Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have rights if goods are faulty or not as described. Our 60-day trial is in addition to — and does not affect — these statutory rights.
