About Arca
We built Arca because TENS devices were overdue a rethink.
Many TENS units treat one area at a time. When discomfort affects more than one place, that can mean moving pads between sessions, resetting controls and dealing with trailing wires.
Arca is a wireless dual-zone TENS device designed to support two areas at the same time — two independent channels in one compact, app-free kit.
The technology
TENS — transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation — sends low-level electrical impulses through pads placed on the skin. It is used by some people as part of a pain-management routine. Proposed mechanisms include modifying pain signals and supporting the body’s natural pain-relief processes.
TENS does not work for everyone and Arca is not a cure or a diagnostic tool. Read the supplied instructions and safety information before use, and seek professional advice if you are unsure whether TENS is suitable for you.

Who it is for
Arca is designed for adults looking for a compact, drug-free option to use as part of an everyday pain-management routine for areas such as the neck, back and muscles.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The device may be returned after use in its original packaging with all included items. For hygiene reasons, only unopened pads are refundable; £9 is deducted for each opened two-pad set. Customers normally pay return postage unless a fault is confirmed.
UK-based support and dispatch
Orders are normally dispatched from High Wycombe within 1–2 working days. UK delivery usually takes a further 2–4 working days after dispatch.
