Where to find it

1. Order confirmationKeep the order number from your ARCA confirmation email.
2. Dispatch emailOnce your order leaves us, look for the email containing your Royal Mail tracking details.
3. Royal Mail updatesUse that reference on Royal Mail for the latest available delivery scan.

Cannot find your tracking email?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is still missing, email hello@tryarca.co.uk with the name and email used at checkout plus your order number if you have it.

Tracking has not updated

Carrier scans can sometimes take time to appear. Check Royal Mail again later. If the parcel appears stuck or you are concerned about the delivery, contact ARCA support and we can help you investigate.
